REFUND & RETURN POLICY – Graphic Card Arena

1. REFUND POLICY

To qualify for a refund, your graphics card must be returned within 30 days of purchase, in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

Steps to Request a Refund:

  1. Email us to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Use the prepaid return shipping label provided by Graphic Card Arena (if applicable).
  3. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of your return package.
  4. Once we receive your returned graphics card, our team will inspect it and begin processing your refund.

Additional Refund Information:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

2. RETURN POLICY

To start a return, you must:

  • Contact Graphic Card Arena receive an RMA number.
  • Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

Graphic Card Arena covers the cost of return shipping using our prepaid label.

✔ Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • Items missing accessories, packaging, or showing minor signs of use may still be returnable, but a partial deduction may apply.
  • Heavily used, damaged, or tampered items cannot be accepted.
  • Refurbished or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

✔ Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled before shipment with no cancellation fees.

Return Window:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Returns initiated after 30 days or without proper authorization may incur a restocking fee of up to 50%, depending on condition.

Shipping Fees:

  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
